Understanding Customers & Businesses Pushcart Startup

The objective of this project was to apply various business strategies such as pricing strategies and design principles which I learnt in my Understanding Customers and Businesses (UCB) module. We were given a pushcart to sell our goods in Republic Polytechnic and everything else was on the team to get done.
Knowing that the money we would be using was coming out of own own pocket, we had to come up with a solid plant to reach out to our target audience. Knowing that Poly students snack a lot, we decided to sell childhood snacks that we all loved but more importantly, they couldn't be found anywhere in the school.
With that differentiating us from our competition, we had to go out and find a place to get our stock from. We found a wholesaler which carried the products we wanted and bought what we needed in a small bulk making it cheaper.
Having purchased out goods, we worked on a base price for each item but also came up with bundles (bundle pricing) which really took off and was selling faster then we expected.
By the end of the project, we managed to clear all our stock and not only that, we managed to make a profit of over $300.
